Personalized consulting for public safety leaders, fire departments, and emergency management teams.


Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 2025 1. Booking Process All services must be booked through www.KendraLoneySpeaks.com or by direct inquiry via email. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking request is received and approved. For custom engagements, a pricing quote will be provided before confirming the booking. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment is received. 2. Payment & Deposit Requirements Speaking engagements & workshops ($1,000+): A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Strategy sessions & hourly consulting: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or Wix Payments. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event/session: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 7 days: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund, rescheduling at Kendra’s discretion. If Kendra cancels or reschedules for any reason, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request a reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original date. 5. Travel & Accommodation For in-person events, travel and accommodation costs are billed separately and must be agreed upon before confirming the booking. Clients are responsible for airfare, hotel stays, ground transportation, and per diem when applicable. 6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals to virtual and consulting sessions. If a client is more than 15 minutes late or fails to show, the session will be canceled with no refund. 7. Event & Session Requirements Clients must provide all necessary technical and logistical details at least 7 days before a scheduled event. For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to required platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). 8. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct Any private or sensitive information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. Kendra Loney reserves the right to refuse service if professional conduct guidelines are not met.
